1. General Returns (30-Day Window) We want you to love your AADI PERK accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Leather Goods (Belts, Wallets, Bags): Must be free of any scratches, creases, or signs of wear. Belts must not be bent or worn through the buckle.
- Hats: Must be returned uncrushed, free of makeup or sweat stains on the inner band.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Final Sale) For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective. Gift cards and final sale clearance items are also non-refundable.
4. Processing Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
